Why Lexington Law is the Smart Choice for Improving Your Credit

Posted by admin on November 8, 2011

With the current economic situation a family or individual cannot afford to have a low credit score. Especially if this low credit score is caused by negative items that are wrong or outdated. If the reported items are accurate that is another thing but 9 out of 10 people have many errors and if you get those removed your credit score will improve radically.

I read a lot, and research is something I enjoy. I have read so many “experts” who say “you can remove these items yourself and save money”, – REALLY! Anyone can write a credit dispute letter but getting results are what counts. You want real credit recovery not pipe dreams. When these erroneous negative items are challenged and proven wrong the credit reporting agencies are supposed to investigate and remove these items.  However in the real world it doesn’t happen.  Mostly because the dispute isn’t worded correctly or the right kind of supporting documentation isn’t provided.

Then what can you do to get these items removed? If you really want real credit recovery you can let an expert firm like Lexingtonlaw  do it. With those items removed a credit score in the HIGH 600’s or higher is easily obtained. It certainly is possible for a credit score even in the 300 range can be brought up to the 700’s. With Lexington Law this happens every day.  LEGALLY!

Lexington Law has been in the business of helping people that need credit correction for 20 years and to date have removed over 500,000 negative items from their clients credit reports. One of the testimonials I found on their website was from a client that had tried the “do it yourself” route without results. They then hired another firm and spent lots of money on them without results. Then they found out about Lexington Law and decided “why not go with the best” and their testimonial reported that within one month they got results!

Rather than tell you what these people said let me just give you two or three real life testimonials from actual clients:

“I’m sure you hear this all the time but I couldn’t stop singing songs of praise to the staff at the Lexington Law Firm. I got an updated copy of my Experian Credit Report today and I was so happy I started jumping up and down in the driveway. They deleted six out of nine negative entries — and in less than two months — now that’s what I call SERVICE. I can’t wait to see the negative entries fall off my other reports as well! Thanks a million!”

“I am very happy with the results that your firm has provided for me. I am now able to get loans and credit cards that were impossible for me to get earlier without your help. I am now able to get low and reasonable financing terms because of my new credit. I have had a total of fifteen deletions and I thank you for helping me not have to wait seven years before I am able to start over again with my credit. Thank you.”

Does Your Credit Report Have Negative Items That Need To Be Removed?

Posted by admin on May 9, 2010

A friend had a series of minor errors from various creditors (hospital bills that were paid and another person’s information on her report). I suggested a bad credit repair law firm that I knew could help her but she thought she could do it herself.

She wrote letters to the credit bureaus contesting the errors and demanding removal. After she had worked and worked on the credit repair and seemed to be getting nowhere, I thought I would bring the subject again. After all it was my ear she was bending all the time with her tale of woe. So I began:

“Sue (not her real name) did you know that in the court system you are presumed innocent until you are proved guilty?” She said yes she knew that, so I continued “However with credit, people sometimes feel guilty even when they are not,” she nodded her head to indicate yes.

I continued, “Thankfully, the law gives you the right to dispute any credit listing on your credit reports. If a credit bureau can’t verify the accuracy of a disputed listing, then it must be removed from your credit report. I know that you’ve been exercising that right by requesting that your questionable credit listings be either verified as accurate or removed from your credit reports.”

She replied, “I know, but I don’t understand why I am having such a hard a time correcting things! I’ve done everything legally and by the book to repair my bad credit and I don’t seem to be getting anywhere!” I explained that due to the size of the credit industry even though technically the creditors have 30 days to respond there is no way for you as an individual to check up to see if they responded. For that matter, if they refused to respond you really don’t have much recourse.

“This credit repair services law firm I have been telling you about has been in this credit repair business since 1991. While the process of credit repair should be easy to do on your own, getting results can be difficult.”

“When it comes to matters of trust, there is no better place to turn than a bad credit repair law firm – especially Lexington Law. Attorneys are bound by rules of ethics that require them to act with absolute integrity.”

I went on to explain the other benefits I knew to be true about Lexington Law, like a refund if they don’t produce results, that they have helped over 300,000 clients with bad credit repair and removed well over 1 million negative items from their credit reports. And they have a 24/7 customer service line.

We checked out several of the major credit repair law firms and our recommendation is Lexington Law. Last year alone they legally removed 665,515 negative items from their clients credit reports. Isn’t that the kind of people you want working for you? Contact them today and get your credit report correct.
